In recent years, China's textile industry production factor costs continue to rise, per capita wages to an average annual growth rate of more than 10%, the wage level is much higher than in developing neighboring countries, cotton prices in the past three years also continued to be more than 30% higher than the international market.
At the same time, the Chinese government, in the face of the outstanding contradictions in resources and environment, has become more stringent in terms of low-carbon, environmental protection regulatory standards and task requirements.
"Accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading, enhance total factor productivity and sustainable development, effectively crack the bottleneck constraints of resources and environment, and better participate in international market competition and global industrial division of labor, is the urgent task facing the development of China's textile industry." Professionals said that the Textile Federation will increase efforts to promote Chinese enterprises to "go global", to invest in the construction of overseas textile raw material bases, processing bases and R & D centers, etc., to build and domestic complementary industrial layout. At the same time, uphold an open attitude, call on countries to participate in the transformation and upgrading process of China's textile industry capital to obtain a win-win situation.
